A convicted sex offender, Joey Lee Duncan, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after he failed to notify authorities of a residential move.
Police said that Duncan did not notify authorities that he moved from his home on 1332 Old Cave Spring Road back in August of this year.
Duncan is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation.
