Rome Man Jailed for Burglarizing Chick-Fil-A

A homeless Rome man, Randall Paul Pope, 44, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized the Chick Fil A container store on Riverside Parkway.

Reports said that Pope stole a hand truck, a heater and a pair of work gloves just after midnight on November 13^th,

Pope is charged with 2^nd degree burglary and probation violation.
