Tryance Jamarr Diamond, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a window to a home on Towers Drive before kicking in the front door of the home.
Reports said that the victim was Diamond’s ex-girlfriend.
Authorities stated that Diamond caused over $450 in damages.
The victim’s children was also at home during the incident.
Diamond is charged with cruelty to children in the 3rd degree and criminal trespass.
