Abraham Christopher Jarrett, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he bit a 24 year-old man on his right ear and then punched him in the nose.
The victim reportedly suffered bleeding from their nose and ear from the attack.
The incident occurred at Dominoes Pizza on Oneal Street.
Jarrett is charged with simple assault.
