Walker David Hunnicut, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked two individuals in front of a child at a home on Larry Street.
Police added that both victims suffered visible injuries.
Hunnicut is charged with two counts battery and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree.
