Jorge Argo-Hernandez, 77 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing at the Hospitality House Thrift Store on Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that Argo-Hernandez has been previously banned from the location.
Argo-Hernandez is charged with criminal trespass.
