Damon Eugene Soles, 19 of Centre, was arrested in Rome after reports said he squeezed his four month-old son so hard that he caused the child’s ribs to break.
Reports added that the incident occurred at a location on Excelsior Street on November 1st.
Soles is charged with aggravated battery and cruelty to children in the 1st degree.
