Treva Misuni Wiggins, 40 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he caused a scene in the ER at a Floyd County hospital.
Police said that after causing the scene and asked to leave he was later found back in the ER.
Wiggins is charged with disorderly conduct.
