Jodee Nicole Brooks, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she obstructed a DUI investigation.
Officers said that Brooks removed items from a vehicle and then went into a home on North Division Street after orders not to do so.
Brooks is charged with two counts of obstruction.
