Lawrence Andrew Wood, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he went to a woman’s home that he had been lawfully banned from and fixed himself a cup of coffee.
Reports added that the victim recorded the man in her home with her cellphone.
He was served the protection order to stay away from the woman back in March of this year.
Wood is charged with aggravated stalking.
