David Allen Jenkins, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used another person’s bank information to make five different purchases without their approval.
Police said that Jenkins made $3696.13 worth of purchases around Floyd County.
The purchases occurred between July and October of this year.
Jenkins is charged with five counts financial transaction card fraud.
