Jacob Gaterri Ragland, 51 of Rome, was arrested on a drug charge following the execution of a search warrant at a home on Wilson Avenue.
Reports said that Ragland was found with 5 grams of cocaine during the search of the home.
Ragland is charged with possession of cocaine.
