Jaylon Shamontae Ware, 29 of Rockmart, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he illegally removed his ankle monitoring device.
According to reports, Ware failed to charge his ankle monitor back on September 18th and was not wearing it when he was arrested on other charges this week.
Ware was originally booked into the jail Tuesday for probation violation.
He is now charged with the unlawful removal of required electronic monitoring devices.
