George Penn Dillard III, 70 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found stumbling around drunk in Lindale.
Police said that Dillard consumed “several containers” of alcohol and was found stumbling around parking lots while cursing, yelling, and falling to the ground.
The incident occurred around West 2nd Avenue.
Dillard is charged with public drunk.
