Sharleigh Ellena Watkins, 33 of Rome, was captured this week after reports said she stole numerous items from the Dollar General on Redmond Circle.
Police said that on September 17th, Watkins stole an igloo backpack cooler ($25) and placed various freezer foods inside the cooler before exiting the store without paying.
Police added that Watkins has been convicted on five separate shoplifting charges between 2019 and 2021.
Watkins is charged with felony shoplifting and parole violation.
