Melvin Dewayne Ragland Jr, 40 of Rome, was arrested at the La Quinta Inn after a search of room 321 led authorities to find Fentanyl, Oxycodone, white powder, and “little blue pills”.
Ragland is charged with two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, drugs not in original container, drug trafficking and six counts of contempt of court.
