Rome Police arrested two men, Derek Ryan Hooper 27 of Rome, and Dakota Storm Pruitt, 32 of Cave Spring, at the Huddle House on Highway 411 following a traffic stop for not displaying a license plate.
Reports said that during the stop officers found Oxycodone and Vyvanse that were not in their original container.
Hooper is also accused of lying about his identity to authorities.
Both are charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two counts drugs not in original container.
Hooper is additionally charged with giving false information to police and probation violation.
Pruitt is also charged with display of license plate and driving on a suspended license.
