Lavette Renee Dickson, 49 of Rome, and Victoria Marie Rivera, 38 of Rome, were arrested this week after the women were found to have been acting in a tumultuous manner against each other on the sidewalk along Riverside Parkway.
While being taken into custody, Rivera was found in possession of marijuana.
Both are charged with city disorderly conduct.
Rivera is additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
