Joshua Michael London, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after he caused a disturbance to his neighbor by repeatedly ringing his neighbor’s doorbell while he was intoxicated.
Officers said that he ignored officers commands to stop the action, which ultimately resulted in police being dispatched to the home three times.
London is charged with disorderly conduct.
