Laura Jean Millican, 67 of Rome, was arrested this week after taking a lost wallet that she found at CVS.
Reports stated that Millican failed to turn the wallet in and proceeded to take $30 in cash from it before throwing it out of her car window.
She was captured on camera taking the wallet from the CVS on Martha Berry Highway.
Millican is charged with theft of mislaid property.
