Ella Carter Colby, 54 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said she violated a court order to stay away from another woman when she went to a home on Burr Drive and harassed them.
Reports said that Colby made threatening comments to the victim.
Colby is charged with aggravated stalking, terroristic threats and acts along with probation violation.
