Cecelie Nicole Dixon, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after she was found driving a stolen 2016 Chrysler Town and Country van.
Police added that Dixon was driving the stolen vehicle on a suspended license and without insurance.
Dixon is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended license.
