Two Rome men, George Penn Dillard III, 70, , and Charles William Westmoreland, 59, were arrested this week after police found them drunk and completely naked in the bushes under the footbridge near the Town Green.
Westmoreland blew a .253 on the BAC test while Dillard blew a .153. Officers added that Dillard was so intoxicated he could not walk.
Authorities added that the men had set up a bed under the bridge.
