Terry Lee Harris, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole water from Floyd County.
Police stated that Harris destroyed a water meter seal and stole water after his service was disconnected for not paying. Reports said that over 3,000 gallons were taken.
Harris is also accused of stealing a truck from U-Haul.

Harris is charged with felony theft by taking, interference with government property, theft of services and damaging property belonging to utility companies.
