William Russell Ridings, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole over $500 in items from a 79 year-old man back on September 5th.
Reports added that the items were stolen from the victim’s home on Pleasant Valley Road.
Ridings is charged with theft by taking and probation violation.
