Donnie Eugene Lingerfelt, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she shoved another person to the ground.
Police said that Lingerfelt shoved the victim in the chest with his hands, which resulted in the victim falling back into a door and onto the floor.
The incident occurred at a home on Old Dalton Road back on August 14th
Lingerfelt is charged with simple battery.
