Avery Michael Woods, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week on drug and gun charges following the execution of a search warrant at a 131 Melody Road home.
Police said that a search resulted in them finding THC wax, THC containers, oxycodone, a large amount of marijuana that was stored in the trunk of a car with packaging slip labels, and a firearm.
Woods is charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, two counts of possession/distribution of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
