Rome High Student Jailed for Theft at School

A Rome High School student, Josue Daniel Garzona Soto, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week for stealing an iPhone from another person while at school.

Reports said that Soto stole the victim’s iPhone SE back on August 15^th.

Soto is charged with theft by taking.
