Timothy Austin Morgan, 27 of Seneca, SC, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he stole seen Kenwood NX-300 radios from International Paper.
Investigators said that Morgan was found with the radios at his home in South Carolina.
Morgan is charged with felony theft by taking.
