Taylor Smith Martin, 28 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted and threatened to kill a woman at his home on Fulton Road.
Reports stated that Martin “came toward the victim while throwing his hands up in her direction”.
The victim also told police that Martin told her that if she called the police he would kill her.
Martin is charged with simple assault and terroristic threats and acts.
