Brandonlee Donnell Williams, 19 of Port St. Lasa, FL, and Anthony Jermaine Floyd, 19 of Davey, FL, were arrested at the East Rome Walmart after they were captured stealing $911.20 worth of merchandise.
Both are charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
