Larry Timothy Edwards, 47 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he stole a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado from a location on Everett Springs Road before taking it to SA Recycling on New Calhoun Highway.
Reports added that Edwards attempted to dismantle and scrap the vehicle between August 11th and 15th of this year.
Edwards is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle and felony theft by conversion.
