Brett Jackson Hyatt, 37 of Kingston, was arrested near Checker’s on North Broad Street after he was found intoxicated and acting in a disorderly manner.
Reports said that Hyatt acted violently toward another person, and as a result they became worried that they would be injured.
After police arrived on the scene, Hyatt refused to comply with officers commands.
Hyatt is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct, obstruction and probation violation.
