Samantha Ann Harvey, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she repeatedly called 911 and cursed at a dispatch officer.
Reports added that Harvey proceeded to threaten to harm the victim.
Harvey is charged with terroristic threats and unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
