Matte Mae Wilkerson, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said while she was highly intoxicated she threatened to do harm to a 34-year-old woman.
The incident occurred while she was on the public street of East 12th.
Authorities added that after arriving at the jail, Wilkerson was found with 3 glass pipes containing suspected cocaine in her bar.
Wilkerson is charged public drunk, terroristic threats and acts and unlawful possession of contraband by and inmate.
