Brenda Lynn Davis, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she caused to cats and a dog to live in unsanitary conditions.
Reports said that the animals were found living in a house full of animal feces and trash. She also is accused of failing to provide adequate food, water, and ventilation to the animals.
She was taken into custody at her Westbury Drive home.
Davis is charged with three counts cruelty to animals.
