Emilio DaMan Ludy Jr, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week for numerous drug charges.
Reports said that on May 19th, Ludy was found standing in a carport of Porter Street where a bag of marijuana that weighed over 28 grams was found. Officers added that packaging materials and a digital scale were also found at the scene.
Ludy fled the scene and was not captured at the time.
Ludy is charged with two counts possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and obstruction.
