Even Jacob Stratton, 18 of Rome, was arrested at LaScala restaurant on Broad Street after reports said that without provocation yelled, “fu** you, I don’t have to do sh**, bit**”.
Officers said that when they arrived on the scene, Stratton refused to identify himself.
Reports added that while placing Stratton into custody he began to grab officers while tensing up.
Stratton is charged with felony obstruction, disorderly conduct and willful obstruction.
