Rome Man Tells Police, “I will kill my wife when God Tells me to”

Richard Bradley Harris, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to kill his wife.

Police stated that Harris told them, as well as his wife, that he would kill her if and when God told him to.

Harris is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
