Charles Shane Little, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week for trying to sell a firearm to a convicted felon while he himself is a convicted felon.
Police said that Little was in possession of a .22 caliber rifle back in April 2023.
Little is charged with theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
