Andrew Ryan Earwood, 39 of Rockmart, was arrested this week for taking over $100,000 to build a home on Harmony Road and yet failing to fulfill his obligations.
Reports said that Earwood was paid the money for work he had not completed. He is also accused of failing to pay subcontractors for their work
As a result of Earwood’s actions a lien was placed on the property.
Earwood is charged with felony theft by conversion.
