Teria Shante Mostella, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a cellphone to help another person arrange a drug deal.
Police said that Mostella and Jamar Shantay Finley worked together to distribute marijuana.
Mostella is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and use of a communication device in the commission of a crime involving a controlled substance.
