A 70-year-old Cartersville man, identified as Roger Dillard Black, has been killed after being struck by a train.
Cartersville Police confimered that Black was struck while walking north on the train tracks near West Avenue and Erwin Streets.
The incident occurred Saturday just after 9 p.m.
Black of Cartersville was pronounced dead at the scene.
