Cody Shawn Winters, 32 of Rome, was jailed on drug charges this week following a traffic stop on Dugger Drive for not wearing a seat belt.
Police said that after pulling Winters over they found him with methamphetamine and marijuana.
Winters is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation.
