Rome Woman Jailed for Being Drunk at 4th of July Celebration

Rebecca Lynn Hilburn, 34 of Rome, was arrested at Ridge Ferry Park during the 4^th of July celebration for being drunk.

Reports added that Hilburn was being violent toward her boyfriend when police approached.

Officers added that while taking her into custody she refused to comply with commands and smelled of alcohol.

Hilburn is charged with public drunk and obstruction.
