Brian Lee Kyle, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened a police officer while being placed under arrest.
Reports said that Kyle told the officer that he was going to “beat the fu** out of him when the handcuffs come off at the jail.”
Kyle was originally being taken into custody for probation violation.
Kyle is charged with terroristic threats and acts and probation violation.
