Tenorris Edward Wright, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a woman’s window to during a dispute. Wright is then accused of stealing the woman’s car before fleeing the scene.
He was later found driving under the influence in the car near the intersection of Shorter Avenue and Elm Stret.
Wright is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle, criminal trespass and DUI.
