William Riley Brock III, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold stolen items to SA Recycling.

Police said that Brock sold stolen electric cabling, jumpers, and grounds valued at $6897 to the recycling center back in June.

The items had been reported stolen from Service Electric.

He is also accused of selling 14 yellow cables used on Georgia Power Trucks valued at $4,200.  Brock did this on three separate occasions.

Brock is charged with two counts felony theft by receiving stolen property and three counts probation violation.
