Joe Manuel Carrasco, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole items out of the Self Storage Armuchee unit and proceeded to use the storage for himself.
Reports stated that the value of the unit was $1,844.16.
Carrasco is charged with felony theft of services and criminal trespass.
