Adrian Jamar Daniels, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold a stolen 2019 Max Built trailer to the West Rome Trading Post.

Police said that the trailer, which is valued at $5,199, was sold for $1,500.

The trailer, which had been reported stolen back in August 2020, belonged to a Calhoun man.

Daniels is charged with felony theft by deception, felony theft by receiving stolen property and two counts of contempt of superior court.
